Jaslin Kaur Sidhu
Licensed Counselor
Who am I?
Hello, I’m Jaslin. I’m a registered counsellor and psychotherapist who works with individuals, couples, children, and families experiencing emotional or relationship difficulties.
How do I practice?
My work focuses on understanding relationships – with partners, parents, children, and ourselves. I help clients explore emotional patterns, communication difficulties, anxiety, and parenting challenges in a way that feels supportive and practical.
With training in clinical neuroscience, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT), and multigenerational family therapy, I help clients understand why they react the way they do, and how to create healthier patterns over time.
When working with children, I use developmentally appropriate and expressive approaches to help them understand and communicate their emotions. Sessions often involve play, creativity, and conversation, while also working closely with parents to support the child within their family and daily environment.
Therapy with me is collaborative, reflective, and paced to each client’s needs.
