Jaslin Kaur Sidhu
Licensed Counselor

Who am I?
Hi, I’m Jaslin, a registered counsellor and psychotherapist. I work with individuals, couples, children, and families navigating emotional or relational challenges – whether it’s anxiety, depression, behavioural challenges, parenting struggles, low self-worth, grief, or feeling stuck in patterns that feel hard to shift.
While I have a deep interest in family work, particularly supporting parents in making sense of their child’s emotional or behavioural concerns, I also draw from a range of approaches to suit each client’s unique needs. My practice is integrative, combining family systems therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, and meaning-making approaches to grief and loss.
When working with couples, I am rooted in attachment theory and often incorporate techniques from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Imago therapy to help partners understand themselves and each other more deeply.
Whether I’m working with a child, an individual, a parent, or a couple, my lens is always relational. I explore how our experiences, expectations, and histories shape the way we show up in relationships, with others and with ourselves.
Therapy with me is collaborative, reflective, and grounded. I aim to create a warm, open space where clients feel safe to explore, connect, and find new ways to relate, grow, and move forward.
