Jaslin Kaur Sidhu
Licensed Counselor

Who am I?
Hi, my name is Jaslin, and I’m a registered counsellor and psychotherapist. I work with individuals, couples, children, and families who are navigating emotional or relational challenges, whether it’s anxiety, emotional outbursts, parenting struggles, low self-worth, or feeling stuck in patterns that are hard to shift.
I have a special interest in working with children and families, especially in cases where a child’s emotional or behavioural difficulties may reflect deeper dynamics within the family system. I support parents in making sense of their child’s inner world while also exploring how their own experiences, expectations, and relationships shape the family environment.
My work is grounded in family systems therapy, a relational approach that looks beyond individual symptoms to explore how generational patterns and relationship dynamics might impact our present. Whether I’m working with a family, a couple, or an individual, I take a systemic lens in understanding the person not in isolation, but as part of a larger relational & emotional context.
Therapy with me is collaborative, reflective, and grounded. I aim to create a warm and supportive space where each client whether child, parent, or partner feels heard, understood, and supported in finding new ways to relate, grow, and move forward.
