Who am I? 

Hi! I’m Aliya — a Psychology graduate from Cardiff University with a big passion for people, learning, and making things happen. I’ve worn a few hats over the years — from working in recruitment to supporting individuals with special needs — and I’ve loved every role that lets me connect with others and create a positive impact. I’m curious by nature, a fast learner, and always up for a new challenge. Excited to be part of the team and contribute wherever I can!
